Tech Ops-1st Shift

Your tasks and responsibilities

 

The primary responsibilities of this role, Tech Ops, are to: 

 

  • Order components and raw material for upcoming production batches following the Production schedule;
  • Issue, adjust, reverse issue package parts and close Work Orders in a timely manner;
  • Reconcile and Verify the PR;
  • Investigate and resolve material discrepancies;
  • Communicate across many different functional supporting groups.

Your success will be driven by your demonstration of our LIFE values.  More specifically related to this position, Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • High School diploma or GED;
  • Minimum two years of SAP experience;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to read/interpret/follow instructions in regard to workplace documentation, such as SOP’s, Work Instructions, etc.;
  • Must be able to demonstrate a good mathematical aptitude in addition, subtraction, multiplication, & division;
  • Computer skills: Must have proficient computer skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to work safely in a warehouse environment;
  • Must be willing to work weekday and weekend overtime as required, based on production/warehouse demands.

     

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
