Planner I

Your tasks and responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role, PLANNER I, are to: 

 

  • Support assigned projects and initiatives;
  • Work as a team member to assigned projects;
  • Develop technical expertise to increase efficiency and flexibility of department;
  • Alert SC management to any non-conforming procedure application to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements;
  • Utilize SAP data analysis to ensure inventory availability and ensures execution of logistic activities within defined timely expectations;
  • Prepare and issue reports related to supply chain function accuracy and completeness;
  • Be accountable for understanding master data settings and their impact on business operations:
  • Complete processes and tasks as directed and trained in association with assigned Supply Chain functional area;
  • Utilize SAP to release all purchase reqs for the External manufacturing group to support sales of these finished goods.

Required Qualifications:

 

  • BA/BS required in (Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Business, Information Technology) OR 5 years of relevant work experience in materials, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain;
  • Demonstrated presentation, training, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to influence other members of the organization to help achieve goals and increase performance;
  • Ability to work on projects of low complexity with direction;
  • Ability to build relationships and partnerships within the organization;
  • Ability to work on projects of low complexity with direction;
  • Demonstrated problem solving abilities;
  • Strong attention to detail.
