Human Resources Associate Data Management

Your tasks and responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role, Human Resources Associate Data Management, are to: 

  • Responsible for the end to end entry, management, governance and design of the data integrity and structure of assigned business unit Human Resources(HR) data within core HR system;
  • Manages the Data Quality Management process overseeing data accuracy to ensure data integrity. Follows up with HR Generalists and Managers to verify data on a yearly basis;
  • Ensures alignment and adherence to local and global data standards;
  • Continually audits data to ensure accuracy;
  • Identifies any potential issues and works to ensure correction and preventative measures to reduce any future issues;
  • Provide advice, consult and oversight on HR data structure ensuring alignment with upstream and downstream systems and processes;
  • Supports and executes large and small scale organizational changes (restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures);
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on the HR data structure and processes, on cross-functional teams to provide appropriate solutions from an HR perspective;
  • Stays abreast of HR policies and practices and ensures adherence to HR governance model and guidelines;
  • Provide superior customer service and key stakeholder engagement to ensure business needs are anticipated and resolved in a timely manner;
  • Leads projects to optimize processes and increase efficiency.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree with two or more years of experience;
  • Demonstrated data management experience;
  • Ability to manage and lead multiple assignments and projects while providing exceptional customer support and service;
  • Strong attention to detail and ownership/management of data for business partner teams;
  • Ability to provide advice and counsel on appropriate design and timing of data changes and structure;
  • Strong organizational and analytical/problem solving skills;
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining excellent customer relationships;
  • Experience in working in an environment which requires the ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and multi-task;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science or Information Technology;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR Organizational Management and Personnel Data Administration SAP;
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills to effectively manage data extraction, creation of data change updates and loads.
