EEO Compliance Analyst

Your tasks and responsibilities

 

The primary responsibilities of this role, EEO Compliance Analyst, are to:   

 

  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of the business structure and reporting relationships to effectively align approximately 40+ establishment Affirmative Action Programs (AAPs) according to regulatory requirements;
  • Perform data quality reviews of job titles, pay grades and job key IDs to census codes as pre-defined;
  • Partner with Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) to address improvement opportunities;
  • Collaborate with HR Operations and process teams to ensure data quality in GHP/SAP and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) are aligned in accordance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) regulatory requirements and facilitate necessary updates accordingly;
  • Ensure accuracy of interface files to third party vendor for AAP development, pay equity reviews, and preparation of filing annual EEO1/VETS 4212 reports;
  • Partner with HR Applications and Recruiting to resolve discrepancies;
  • Function as key user with third party vendor’s AAP dashboard and support HRBPs with accessing AAPs, interpreting results and updating establishment summaries;
  • Analyze and evaluate results of multi-site AAPs including goal attainment and perform impact ratio analyses on selection decisions to identify improvement opportunities and communicate effectively;
  • Support team with identifying effective recruiting outreach efforts, monitoring tools and training needs;
  • Assist with performing internal audits, OFCCP audits, pay equity reviews and other special projects;
  • Perform internal process reviews to identify barriers and recommend improvement opportunities according to EEO/AA compliance requirements;
  • Lead process for delivering current regulatory posting notices (i.e., federal, state and local) to multi-establishments and track/provide updates accordingly;
  • Maintain current EEO compliance notices and reference materials in HROnline;
  • Manage HR inquiries and non-personal mailbox, create updates for HR’s Front Office team’s reference;
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal EEO processes and maintain/update accordingly;
  • Monitor and track employee self-identification information for individual w/disability and veterans; identify opportunities to increase participation;
  • Support Employment Law Group with special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:  

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least three years of combined HR/EEO experience and HR systems/reporting;
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent with at least six years of combined HR/EEO experience and HR systems/reporting;
  • Demonstrated understanding of EEO/Affirmative Action regulatory compliance obligations for federal contractors;
  • Strong analytical skills to accurately perform data analyses in support of Affirmative Action compliance requirements;
  • Experience supporting or responding to OFCCP audit requests;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) requirements for federal contractors;
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and SOPs;
  • Strong organization and time management skills with initiative to work independently and meet deadlines;
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills;
  • Must be a self-starter and strong problem solver with strong customer service focus;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage changing priorities effectively;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Products including Excel, Access and Power Point;
  • Experience in SAP.
