Short Corn Environmental Analysis Co-op
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Short Corn Environmental Analysis Co-op, are to:
- Modeling corn ear height data with genomic data and environmental data to predict hybrid performance and assist in product placement;
- Project will require a data scientist that can use data tools to build and test GxTxE models ear height and plant height using genomic and environment data;
- Present findings to broader internal organization and launch teams;
- End goal is to provide interactive user interface for product placement.

Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursing a Ph.D or Master's of Science degree;
- Experience in environmental modeling, programming and data analysis skills;
- Ability to handle large amounts of data in various formats, analyze and provide custom visualization capabilities;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
