YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Global Senior Executional Change Manager, are to:
- Support multiple initiatives across Global Operational Excellence team and Global Digital Manufacturing team;
- Help in implementing consistent change of mindset building digital acumen through the organization with key stakeholders;
- Work with Global Digital Manufacturing pillars to identify gaps and implement digital agenda;
- Develop and execute change management plans for programs, projects and/or change initiatives;
- Develop and execute project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training;
- Ensure change management solutions adoption across the full OE operational scope, in collaboration with global, regional and site change managers;
- Evaluate the impact of planned organizational change;
- Identify risks and developing risk mitigation tactics;
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change;
- Consult and coach leaders and people managers to help them prepare their teams for the change;
- Consult and coach project teams;
- Support and engage senior leaders;
- Facilitate change management activities within EMEX and with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure adoption and sustainment;
- Supporting development of communications relevant to change initiatives;
- Provide recommendations for a governance model and ongoing support structure to sustain the changes after initial implementation;
- Establish process for monitoring progress and benefits realization;
- Measure and report change progress throughout implementations, e.g. new behaviors, adoption of new practices and follow up after the implementation to ensure continuing adoption and sustainment;
- Develop and sustain meaningful relationships to drive performance, build alignment, influence and execute;

- Lead cultural integration to accelerate our cultural journey.

Your success will be driven by your demonstration of our LIFE values. More specifically related to this position, Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts with four years of experience in change management, business, communication, Human Resources, manufacturing or comparable experience;
- Organizational change management or org design/development certification organizational change management or org design/development certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business, Organization Development (OD), organizational psychology, communication, HR or comparable experience;
- Knowledge of manufacturing process, organization transformation and communication to large audiences;
- Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modeling and analysis;
- Communication, Influencing, Courage and Candor, Coaching, Continuous Improvement, Digital Acumen;
- Travel approximately 25% of the time.
